Orders to Miss Mary can be placed via the webshop. In Sweden, Norway and Finland, orders can also be placed by telephone or using a written order form. To place an order with Miss Mary, you must be over the age of 18 and be resident in one of the countries where we deliver, which at present are all the EU countries and the USA. The order must be placed via the webshop for the country in which the consignee is resident, or for persons who are resident in the EU, via the joint EU webshop www.missmary.eu
The customer must provide a delivery address and contact details. The easiest way to provide these details is by registering as a customer on our website or using our checkout process at the webshop. The purchase is not completed until the order has been picked at our warehouse and you have received information that your consignment is ready for delivery.
When you place an order with Miss Mary, an agreement is entered into when Miss Mary confirms that your order has been packed and is ready for delivery. A copy of this order confirmation is then sent to the customer by e-mail. It is our ambition to confirm your order as soon as possible. If you place an order on a weekend or a public holiday, our aim is that your order will be processed before 6pm on the next ordinary working day.
All prices shown at Miss Mary's webshop (www.missmaryofsweden.com.au) exclude VAT (taxes) and custom and duty fees. The prices do not include payment and freight charges, which are stated separately. The prices and any offers are valid at the time and can be changed without prior notice. The minimum order amounts are $ 25. If you wish to order more than 5 products the articles can be delivered in separate parcels. Additional import duty & taxes may apply due to local import regulations. Import duty and taxes will not be invoiced by Miss Mary, but can be invoiced by local authorities according to local legislation.
Miss Mary sometimes has different discounts and offers as part of its marketing. If you have a discount code, you must enter the code in the discount code box. Note: it is only possible to use discount codes for goods sold at the normal price and a discount code can only be used once on each occasion. Discount codes may only be used once per household. Miss Mary is not responsible for offers or discount codes that are published anywhere else other than in Miss Mary's own newsletter, catalogues or webshop.

Miss Mary offers the following delivery alternatives:
Delivery by post – You pay just $ 7.99 to have your order sent to your home by mail. Delivery takes place up to 3 weeks after we have confirmed your order. All parcels sent by post are sent as first class letters. If the size of the parcel permits, the parcel will be placed in your mailbox. In the case of parcels that cannot be placed in the mailbox, you will receive notification that the parcel is available for collection at a collection point.
Express delivery – If you want your order delivered quickly, we can offer express delivery using DHL at a cost of $ 29 The parcel is delivered to your home address via a DHL courier within 3-4 days of confirmation of your order.
By law, you have 14 days during which you have the right to cancel a purchase. At Miss Mary you always have 100 days during which you have the right to cancel a purchase and the right to return the goods. In the case of replacement or return, send the goods in the same condition that they arrived. Always complete the enclosed return slip. The goods can be returned in the same bag in which they were delivered. Do not forget to pay the postage. If you wish to cancel your purchase or if you wish to make a change, you are responsible for the return freight. The right to return goods or replace goods naturally does not apply if the goods have been used.
If the goods are faulty or have been sent incorrectly, we are responsible for the cost of the return freight. In that case contact our Customer Service Department for further instructions. If you have any questions about your return, you can contact our

In the case of a return, we will refund your money within 14 days of being notified of the return, although not until the goods have been received and checked by us.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
We are grateful for your help in pointing out any faults in the goods. If you have any comments regarding the goods that are delivered and if you wish to make a claim, please return the goods to us as soon as possible. If the claim refers to goods that have been used, please contact our Customer Service Department for further instructions. Claims for used, unwashed garments will not be processed.
Miss Mary is not liable for delays caused by circumstances over which Miss Mary had no control, such as general labour disputes, war, fire, lightning, terrorist attack, a change in an official decision, technical problems, faults in power supply/telecommunications/data links or any other form of communication as well as faults or delays in services by a sub-supplier as a result of any of the aforementioned circumstances. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for discharge from liability, which entail exemption from liability for payment of damages and other sanctions.
In the event of a dispute, reference is always made to the National Board for Consumer Disputes. Miss Mary always follows the recommendations of the Board.
